Refunds and failed generations for Tiny Desk video passes.
Video passes are one-time digital goods. A confirmed generation failure returns the passes that task used. Unused purchased passes do not expire.
How to request a refund
Write to support with the order and task details. Eligibility depends on whether the purchase completed and whether the generation failed on our side.
